UP Government speeds up the work on stalled residential units

The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) is targeting to deliver 17,460 residential units across 28 group housing projects by March 2018.

Debashish Panda, CEO of GNIDA, sent a detailed plan, with deadlines for execution and delivery of various projects taken up by UP government, to the Uttar Pradesh principal secretary.

The Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath has also directed the builders and promoters to complete the pending construction and hand over 50,000 flats to home buyer at the earliest.

GNIDA held meeting with builders and developers to find out the progress made on various projects and the authority also set a timeline to complete the pending work.

The officials further confirmed that 313 flats spread across six projects by Trident Infra Homes, Jyotirmay Infracon, Earthcon constructions, Ajnara Realtech, Nirala Housing and Habitech Infrastructure would be made available to the buyers by next month.

A total of 4,553 residential units will be made available by the end of this year. GNIDA will hire industry experts to inspect the stalled projects in the city for next two months.
